About me
I’m an AI engineer and engineering lead based in Riyadh, with more than a decade of experience building digital products and the systems behind them. My work spans developer platforms, AI search, and major Saudi consumer and entertainment platforms.
At UXBERT Labs, I lead a team of frontend engineers and remain directly involved in architecture and implementation. Our work includes platforms for DZRT, Ring Magazine, Joy Awards, Riyadh Season and the AFC Asian Cup 2027. Alongside product development, I build AI applications and agents and integrate them into engineering workflows, turning team standards into practical guidance and automating code review.
My strongest specialization is frontend architecture, supported by hands-on experience across backend systems, databases, infrastructure and deployment. I work across these layers to connect product requirements with the decisions needed to build and operate a complete system. In 2025 and 2026, I also worked with webook.com on Riyadh Season platforms, connecting the visitor experience with content management and ticketing.
Previously, I worked at Salla from 2021 to 2023, helping build the developer platform behind thousands of Saudi online stores. I developed tools and integration capabilities that enabled external developers to build on the platform. In 2022, I also worked with Australia’s Search365 on the management interface and analytics dashboards for its AI search platform.
Earlier in my career, I founded YeTech in Yemen and led it from 2016 to 2021. I built Estra7ah for on-demand media and Mubasher for live streaming, serving communities with limited internet access through local networks. The services expanded to 2,000 networks, reaching around 80% of local networks in Yemen, and continue to serve hundreds of thousands of people. Before YeTech, I co-founded Anamehani and served as CTO from 2014 to 2016, leading development across its web and mobile platform.
That experience shaped how I approach engineering: understand the operational constraints, make clear technical decisions and take responsibility for delivery. I’m particularly interested in applying that approach to complex enterprise and public-sector challenges, where reliability, maintainability and measurable outcomes matter.
I also build independent products from concept to working software, including write.cv, KernelBot, Olom and Madar. Most of these projects are open source.
